How Onboarding Works
To add your products to our SEWP VI contract, Empower submits a Technical Refreshment (TR) request to the NASA SEWP Program
Management Office. If your company hasn’t sold through a SEWP contract before, we’ll need a more complete documentation package the
first time. Here’s what we’ll need and why, so your team can gather it efficiently.
What We’ll Need From You
Company & Authorization
Signed Letter of Authorization plus basic company details.
Product & Pricing Data
Part numbers, descriptions, and pricing for hardware and SaaS offerings.
C-SCRM Package
Supply-chain security questionnaire — O-TTPS certification speeds this up. Software providers also need a completed CISA/OMB Secure Software Development Attestation, and an SBOM if available.

Capability statement, commercial price list, product spec sheets.

Things Worth Flagging Early

Once we have your signed authorization and product data, we can prepare your Technical Refreshment quickly. The C-SCRM questionnaire tends to take longest on your end, since it usually needs input from more than one person on your team — it’s worth starting that piece early.
